Employee Development

This self-directed program provided by Harvard Business Publishing allows leaders to build, broaden, and refresh their skills for success through paths for three leader levels. Used by more than 1,000 organizations worldwide, the interactive exercises help prepare leaders for real-world challenges.

The Hourly High Potential program equips high-performing frontline associates with resources and insight. They will learn a holistic view of our business operations and gain a deeper understanding of various functions within our business, such as professionalism, customer service, leadership, safety, diversity and Inclusion, and more.

A required annual learning experience for every SSC manager and associate, this program teaches both foundational and advanced skills on how to consistently deliver guest service excellence.

​AMP is a three-month-long program consisting of four phases that provide learners with classroom, experiential and self-directed learning experiences. A mentor is assigned to each AMP participant to provide guidance and coaching as they learn about the industry and develop management skills.

The Spark Leadership program introduces skills that enhance overall leadership capability, performance, and success. It provides a modular approach to achieving a certificate in leadership fundamentals.

Participants are trained to use proven techniques for preparing and delivering power-packed presentations. Upon completion, team members will have confidence in their presentation abilities and be able to use new tools for effective communication daily.
